Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)
The High Talent Scheme aims to attract high-end talents with rich work experience and high academic qualifications from all over the world to explore opportunities in Hong Kong. These high-end talents do not need to have found a job in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region when applying.
Application conditions
Category A Application
Individuals with an annual income of HK$2.5 million or more (or equivalent in foreign currency) in the year immediately before application
Type B Application
Applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree from a top 100 university** in the world and have accumulated at least three years of work experience in the five years immediately preceding the application
Type C Application
Applicants who have obtained a bachelor's degree from a top 100 university in the world within the five years immediately preceding their application, but have less than three years of work experience (applications of this type are subject to an annual quota and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis)

Fast approval, approved within four weeks
Eligible persons can be issued a two-year pass to come to Hong Kong for development, with no quota on the number of persons.
After 2 years, you can apply for residence extension (3 years + 3 years). If you have stayed in Hong Kong for 7 years like 2+3+3, you can apply for Hong Kong right of abode.
