Hong Kong Talent Scheme

The Admission of Mainland Talents and Professionals Scheme, also known as the Hong Kong Talent Scheme, aims to attract outstanding talents and professionals with recognized qualifications from Mainland China to work in Hong Kong, so as to meet the talent needs of Hong Kong and enhance the competitiveness of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in the international market.

 

These Mainland talents must possess special skills, knowledge or experience that the Hong Kong SAR needs but lacks. The imported talents must be able to contribute to the daily operations of local enterprises and related industries to promote the economic development of the Hong Kong SAR. This program has no quota restrictions and is not restricted to any industry.

• Requirement

  • Mainland Chinese residents aged 18 or above

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • No criminal record

  • Already employed by a Hong Kong company at the time of application

  • 2 years or above relevant working experience

  • Spouse, and

  • Unmarried children under 18 years old
